Meet the Owner & Director of
Dynamic Performance Challenge
Kelsey Weibel is proud to lead Dynamic Performance Challenge (DPC), a professional dance competition dedicated to creating a positive, organized, and memorable experience for every dancer, teacher, and studio. Her vision for each event is simple: every guest should leave inspired, celebrated, and excited to attend the next DPC competition.
At DPC, positivity is at the heart of everything we do. From our staff to our event atmosphere, we are committed to building an encouraging environment where dancers can perform with confidence and studios can create lasting memories together.
Kelsey’s Story
Kelsey’s dream of starting a dance competition began during an entrepreneurship class in her sophomore year of high school. After spending 18 years as a competitive dancer, she experienced firsthand the impact that dance competitions can have on a performer’s confidence, growth, and love for the art.

In addition to her competitive background, Kelsey has worked as a dance instructor, participated in numerous audition processes, and gained valuable experience working for other dance competitions. These experiences shaped her understanding of what dancers, studios, and families need most from an event: professionalism, organization, encouragement, and an unforgettable experience.

Today, Kelsey is excited to continue growing Dynamic Performance Challenge and welcoming dancers from across the country to our regional and national dance competition tour. We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming events.
